Basic care
We generally recommend dry cleaning.
If food or other stains are spilled on it, have it cleaned promptly and inform the cleaner of the type of stain.
Daily care
Ideally, let the stole rest for two to three days after wearing it for a day.
This allows moisture to escape, preserving the elasticity and texture of the fibers.
Lay it flat to dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area to naturally eliminate any odors.
Storage
Before storing it for the off-season, place a protective cloth underneath and iron lightly on a low to medium setting to smooth the fabric and deter insects.

Designer YUMI YOSHIMOTO
Inspired by the landscapes she sees and the shapes and colors in everyday life, she creates designs and artwork that make use of hand-drawn touches and textures.

Born in Tokyo in 1990.
Completed a master’s program at the Tokyo Gakugei University Graduate School in 2015. Received the ZOKEI Award at her graduation exhibition.
Majored in print textiles and studied design and pattern creation that make use of etching, hand-drawn touches, and textures used in printmaking.
Began working in design in 2014. She creates print textile patterns and plans textile products.
Moved to Nishigai Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, a town known for its weaving, in 2018. In addition to print textile design, she also designs and plans woven fabrics.
Launched in 2020, her original textile brand PORTRAIT LAB offers textile products that make use of woven fabrics, dyed fabrics, and various other textiles to uniquely decorate people and spaces.
