Extra-fine yarn about 1/3 the thickness of a human hair
The warp uses No. 14 (Jushinaka) silk yarn.
This yarn is approximately 1/3 the thickness of a human hair (0.02 mm to 0.03 mm)
Because the yarn is so delicate, only a limited number of artisans can handle it.
By carefully and slowly weaving this extra-fine yarn,
